Setup is quick, performance is fast, and support is frequently praised for rapid, hands-on help and resolving theme or customization issues.
Terrible experience. We used this app for nearly a year. We recently updated our theme and tried to contact the teams because the estimated dates were no longer being collected on our orders. They emailed us back each time answering totally different questions even after we sent screenshots and mockups explaining that we aren't asking for a new feature, but rather asking for help re-adding a feature we used for a year. Eventually, they stopped responding to our emails. Horribly unprofessional and an amatuer app.
Hemos tenido problemas con al app. Varias veces hace mal el calculo de las fechas y eso nos ha traido problemas con los clientes. Hemos marcados que calcule dias habiles sin contar sabados y domingos, y muchas veces lo calcula de corrido, o no nos deja fecha en el pedido. Algunas veces funciona bien y otras mal. No sabemos como solucionar los problemas
Unhelpful, we faced multiple issues and we really couldn't understand how to fix it - we have vendor tags and each vendor tag had a different timeline
