Fantastic B2B solution with exceptional support!
We recently migrated to a new Shopify theme and needed some assistance getting everything configured. Ben and the support team have been phenomenal—super responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. It is rare to find a B2B app with this level of dedicated, hands-on customer care. Highly recommend SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale to any brand looking to streamline their wholesale operations!
This is still new to me. I'm not done with the free trial. However, so far it has been a good experience. Easy set up. SparkLayer did most of it automatically. I downloaded "Catalogues" so that I could label which products would be available for wholesale purchase. Some of the details were tedious, but that is expected. Help was good. The onboarding call was helpful and clearly explained. The AI help was helpful as well. I like to figure out the navigation of new programs, but this was a little different. Very easy once I asked for help though! I got my first order within a day of sharing the link with a potential customer! They were pleased with the portal as well.
