I have used this app for many years across many stores. I absolutely loved it until the recent changes. First the flow of the app changed and not for the better, but you guys changed it back which was a HUGE help. Now I am getting a ridiculous error. I try to import about 50-100 products a week, and usually all in one sitting. Now I get the error "Unusual Activity Detected We've detected unusually high activity from your account. To protect our service, product imports have been temporarily paused.
Please try again in 1 hour." and I have to make time other times of the week that I don't have to do this. Really aggravating.

I've been with these guys for years on multiple stores. Support has always been 100% on your side, and willing to do any fix or customization very quickly. I use this app on 4 stores that alone should tell you how valuable it is for me!
