Excellent app but when unsubscribed and deleted app since no longer have an online shop, I was still charged so hoping they are able to refund.

We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the recent charge.

App subscriptions and billing cycles are processed directly through Shopify, and uninstalling an app prevents the next renewal but does not reverse a billing cycle that has already started.
