1x por semana a integração cai e os pedidos param de entrar no Kommo. Tentamos de tudo, e não volta. Abrimos chamado, e normalmente demoram dias pra resolver.

Usamos para pós-venda e relacionamento, e quebra todo o nosso fluxo. A ferramenta do Kommo é ótima, mas essa integração é péssima e prejudica o trabalho. Estamos pensando seriamente em migrar de ferramenta.

O suporte é péssimo. Configurei toda a aplicação vinculada à Shopify. Não aparece-me a opção de pagar assinatura via shopify e não me oferecem soluções para o problema.
