Ripple has completely transformed our retention program. We have a large catalog (400+ products) and have always wanted to deliver a personalized experience for each product. Even using Klaviyo dynamic logic, this was prohibitively time consuming until we found Ripple. Now, we can send highly personalized messaging to each customer, for each product.
