Syncee for Suppliers

I think a merchant that has not connected or sold anything through your catalogue should not be able to rate your store, because it makes no sense to me. They comment on things they know nothing about and give you a bad score with no experience. It needs to be a requirement that they have gone through with at least one sale. Also, some merchants expect, for example, customised packaging but don't want to pay for it, so I think they are buying into an idea that they can just open a shop and will have no cost. Maybe do a small manual to people starting a store so they know that there are costs even if they are lower?

Excellent Customer Service. Just got listed so we shall see well the app works. I have a limited amount of product so I'm looking more for exposure. As a person who is not that technical I found a few issues that could be updated. First there wasn't a way to distinguish prices for a drop shipper and a wholesaler. With the US postal service raising rates every few months and distinguishing now between urban and rural areas, one never knows exactly how much shipping will really be and Syncee's interface doesn't have the capability of separating out by zip code and tying the rates to zip codes or zones. So adjust accordingly. Once an order comes through, I will evaluate and adjust. Like the feature that I can reach out to potential stores. Looking forward to more exposure.
