Good experience with ShipPrime overall. The app is easy to use and makes shipping and tracking much simpler. Sometimes updates are a little delayed, but the service is reliable and convenient.
I’ve had a good experience using ShipPrime for managing my shipments. The platform is easy to use, and features like courier comparison, order management, and real-time tracking are quite helpful. It has definitely made my shipping process more organized and saved me a lot of time.
However, there are still a few areas that could be improved, especially occasional delays in updates and customer support response time. Overall, it’s a useful and cost-effective shipping solution, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.
