I haven’t been working with Alfred for long, but in the short—and deeply important—period we did use Alfred, they could not have been more helpful.
From the beginning, the team took the time to speak with me directly, ask thoughtful questions about what would make our inventory process easier, and then implemented those changes incredibly quickly. I was genuinely impressed by how responsive and receptive they were to feedback.

Used Stocky forever and liked that system but Shopify decided to kill it so I moved to the internal Shopify PO system which was fine but then in typical Shopify fashion, they "updated" it and made it unusable. Alfred does everything Stocky did and way more and has been so easy to set up and use. The developer is also super receptive to suggestions and has been incredibly prompt with support when needed.
