This page describes the cookies and similar technologies MerchantPick uses, and how you control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. They let a site remember preferences and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary — required to run the site and cannot be switched off: a session cookie, a security token (XSRF-TOKEN) and the cookie that remembers your consent choice (cmp_consent).
Analytics — set only after you consent: Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and PostHog cookies (ph_*), used to measure usage in aggregate and to record anonymised session replays. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Managing your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cmp_consent cookie or your site data, which brings the banner back. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
