Widget is extremely unattractive, large and obnoxious. They make you upgrade just to adjust the size of the widget, so if you have a chat widget (which most of us do) your customers will ironically have zero access to crucial elements on your website because there will simply be no screen space left. This application alters the styles on my site even when it is not enabled. This overrides media queries, effectively breaking the responsiveness of the site. Not sure why they would do this, but it is a major negative aspect. If you care about the font sizes on your website, do not use this application.
