About Fieldly: Account Form Fields
Collect the customer information checkout does not give you. Build profile forms with text, dropdown, multi-choice, date, number, phone, and checkbox fields, then add them to customer account pages in a few clicks. Customers view and edit their own details in their account. Every answer is stored as a customer metafield, ready to use in segments, personalization, and Shopify Flow. Drafts stay hidden until you publish, and the dashboard tracks form views and submissions.
