While the customization process is straightforward, I think the app could benefit from more in-depth documentation especially into more advanced features. My experience is very good. They charged a fee but it was worth it to me to gain the upsell in checkout. Also, I had some minor requests and they were very quick to reply and assist. They have a multitude of apps and I wish more features were combined into 1 app (cost savings) but the apps work great and super easy to install.

only works with shopify plus account which is starting at 2k a month which already allows you to customize your checkout. customer service was helpful to advise right away
