Overall a really solid app — no major issues and it integrates smoothly into our workflow. Would love to see a bulk edit option added for collection facets, as that would save a lot of time managing larger catalogs. It is definitely not a straight forward implementation which requires support and that is pretty much none-existent unless you commit to min $12,000 USD a year. Terrible support with pay as you go plan. We have tickets over 20 days old not answered.
