So far so good. I have just started with Avada for our very large site/inventory and Christian was able to put my mind at ease that the items I have been dealing with myself could be taken care of in a few days. Completely incompetent staff and application - I wasted entire weeks of my time manually optimizing photos, but then they removed the automatic optimization and now they've included paid plans/monthly fees with ridiculously high prices. Even if it was free before and worthless - now with these prices it's not even worth wasting your time and money. This company is completely useless and arrogant!
