About Auto Form Filler

Filling out customs forms, certificates of origin, and other PDF paperwork by hand is slow and error-prone. Auto Form Filler lets you upload any PDF, map fields to order data using a visual editor, and print filled forms directly from the order details page in Shopify admin. The app detects existing PDF form fields automatically and supports over 80 order data fields including addresses, line items, HS codes, financials, and more. You can also embed reusable signatures.
