Customer interaction is snappy and fast on the emails, longest I ever waited was about 12 hours (Sunday LOL). Great app for businesses needing to automate their purchase orders. Make sure to grab their API subscription so you can completely remove the human entirely from this process, and make it even MORE automated. Great app and functionality.

We've been using Auto PO since 2023, and like how they've been responsive to our questions about the app. One thing we'd like to see is a way to print product tags from the PO or somehow link to that function, since it would match the quantities that we've just received.
