We have been using this app for almost a year, and it has totally changed the way we handle orders. Not only does it automatically send POs to our suppliers, but it send it direclty to our QuickBooks. Saving us hours of manual entry and manual entry mistakes. Total game changer for our business. I would highly recommend this app to people using the Shopify platform but want help with automation.

Customer interaction is snappy and fast on the emails, longest I ever waited was about 12 hours (Sunday LOL). Great app for businesses needing to automate their purchase orders. Make sure to grab their API subscription so you can completely remove the human entirely from this process, and make it even MORE automated. Great app and functionality.

Application does not meet the needs of PO creation including required data such as cost and retail with the ability to change the cost if needed. Application challenges with importing data for POs, Inventory, and Suppliers creates migration overhead. We will not continue the trial effective today.

The app is OK but I am increasingly uncomfortable with the complete lack of visibility on the identity of the vendor/developer. There is no website, no LinkedIn profile, no nothing. There is not even any company name on the privacy agreement. I wish Shopify would do a better job verifying the identity of the developers they bring on the platform.
