About Back in Stock ‑ Backy

Backy lets customers join a waitlist when a product or variant is sold out, then emails them automatically when it is back in stock. Notifications are sent from your own connected email provider and matched to the exact variant a shopper asked about. A demand dashboard shows which sold-out items have the most customers waiting, so you can restock based on real interest. You add the waitlist button from the theme editor, and it appears only when an item is unavailable.
