Being a newbie to tech stuff, the app was a little daunting (LOL) to me, A bit clunky and non intuitive...HOWEVER to anyone with any Computer skill, it would be simple. The support I received from the Widgetic team was well beyond anything I have ever come across and they were very professional as well as patient. This is the way you imagine every company would work in a perfect world.

After I installed the app it seemed to me that this app is not compatible with my Shopify theme. I asked for support but never got an answer. I think I will get an answer very soon after they read my review. That's the way most app customer services work today (unfortunately).

Wartungsarbeiten werden nicht vorher angekündigt. Auf einmal geht unsere Seite nicht mehr da Widgetic irgendwelche Abeiten machen. Ohne Ankündigung, sehr unprofessionell. Bei uns laufen gerade Ads und Kunden können nicht die Seite richtig ansehen. Die Bilder brauchen oft bis zu 20 Sekunden um zu laden. Sowas geht absolut nicht! Oft Server Ausfall. Einfach nicht zuverlässig!

This app is absolutely awful... The free version seemed to work okay until I could only load 3 photos. So I bought 1 month of the paid version and WILL NOT CONTINUE using this app. Loads extremely slow and does not work properly. Photos won't even load on website. Do not purchase. Buyer beware. Awful app. I want my money back.
