About BOO EU Withdrawal Button

Every EU customer has 14 days to withdraw an online order under Directive 2011/83/EU. BOO replaces inbox back-and-forth with a multi-language storefront widget and one dashboard for your team. Auto-confirm receipt by email in 24 EU languages. Track every request through Received, Processing, Completed and Rejected. The 14-day clock starts from the last delivered package — handled for you. GDPR-aware: data is removed via Shopify redact webhooks.

Ma boutique est française et même en ayant choisis la langue française le widget sur la boutique est en anglais, la loi est pour les pays de l’UE et je ne pense pas que la majorité des pays parlent en anglais comme première langue c’est vraiment dommage mais je doute que toutes les langues affichées soient correctement installées.

This is the 3rd EU Withdrawal App I tried, and it's the best among all. (1) It checks for order validity (email address + order number), which can get rid of spams. But the error message should say "please check the Email Address and Order Number", instead of just Order Number (2) "By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy" - if it can include Refund Policy with hyperlink as well, that will b...

Hassle free - Is how i would describe the setup of this glorious little app. Was easy to install i think i had it up and running in under 10 minutes ( and i had a cup of coffee ) It may not be the most configurable that is floating around BUT it fulfills the new EU-Directive and have a lot of supported languages to do just that. I recomend that you give it a chance.
