Have been doubled charged from Shopify side and their own website for over 2 years. Be careful when you subscribe to them. Contacted support and followed up as they said they would look into it. Received no answer or help. App is great, but bad support.

Paid for Starter Subscription. Cookie consent banner didn't work. Support takes several days to reply. Says 25+ languages, but only 1 language present. Didn't respond to my refund request.

How on earth do I add a custom bit of copy to the Privacy Policy? Instructions and the ability to do things like this seem very lacking. I upgraded my plan because it said I could customize it.... so ... how do we do that? I also see no way to contact the company from within the app, so I have to post my Q in a review? Happy to change this review if I get an answer...
