About CancelFlow: EU Withdrawal

Since June 2026, EU consumer law requires online stores to offer a one-click withdrawal button for contracts concluded online. CancelFlow adds this button and a structured withdrawal form to your storefront, the customer account, and the order status page customers reach from their confirmation email. Every request is logged with a timestamp, a unique reference number, and a confirmation email to the customer. Before submitting, customers see an optional discount offer to save the sale.
