About Chargeback: Auto Prevention

Chargeback is an automated chargeback prevention app. It alerts you when a customer initiates a dispute. This allows you to automatically refund the transaction, stopping the chargeback. This protects your Shopify from shutdown, money holds, and fees. We work with almost all payment processors, helping you to maintain smooth operations with a low chargeback rate. This does not work together with alerts from Chargeblast, Disputifier, Chargeflow, or any other provider.

Not sure how they got a 4.9 star review, but this system is junk!! What they don't provide on the information, is that they only cover orders placed after you sign up and activate with them.
