Chaty is easy to use and makes it simple for customers to contact us directly through WhatsApp. The widget works well on our Shopify store, and the customer support team is excellent! They responded quickly and helped me resolve an issue with the widget. Really appreciate their friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended!

If there's no stars I will choose it , you don't even deserve a star. The app pushes upgrade requests almost immediately and appears to count store visits even when it isn't being used. This makes the usage tracking seem inaccurate and misleading. I was very disappointed with the experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite contacting customer service several times with specific questions, I only received generic responses and no practical solution or real support. Considering the price, I expected much better support, so I do not recommend it.

Expensive for what it does. Didn't work for us though as widgets wouldn't display correctly. Supports attitude was poor, not friendly, not emphatic, instead uninterested - didn't appear to reading what I was writing in the chat.
