I tried three other checkbox apps before choosing this one. It offers the option to have conditional logic to have the checkbox show only for certain products and only certain markets. You can have both conditions (and others) using and/or logic, which gives you great flexibility. The app did not support my theme out of the box, but their support fixed that in less than 30 minutes with one request...
