About TermGuard ‑ Terms & Conditions
Many merchants are required to get a customer's agreement to their store's terms and conditions before completing a purchase, but Shopify does not include a built-in way to enforce this at checkout. TermGuard adds a terms and conditions checkbox that merchants can place on the cart page, product pages, collection pages, or anywhere a checkout button appears on the storefront.
