Cin7 Omni

The connection between shopify and cin7 is riddled with issues. The system cannot deal with exhanges and cin7 refuse to consider this an essential retail practice.

Do not consider Cin 7. We have been punished by them for the last 5 years. Cin 7 will randomly perform updates that will disrupt your other connections. Their technical support and customer service is non-existent and they take weeks to respond to urgent support emails.

Theoretically a good service, except it breaks frequently. Randomly it won't push inventory to Shopify or Amazon.
