CODVerifyAPP helps merchants reduce fake or unconfirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders by automating the verification process. When a customer places a COD order, the app sends a dynamic WhatsApp message asking for confirmation or cancellation. Based on the customer’s reply, CODVerifyAPP automatically tags the order in Shopify as verified or unverified, and can cancel unconfirmed orders to prevent unnecessary shipments.
