Shopify stores one current cost per variant, so supplier price changes can hide what earlier stock cost. CostLedger keeps a dated ledger with moving-average math. Record receipts manually, by CSV, or on Plus from completed Shopify Purchase Order PDFs. Review each resolved line and excluded cost before recording. CostLedger never changes Shopify data.
