Real people! 24/7 doing the install at 2am and support got back to me in less than 5 seconds. i was having issues of not seeing the widget on the theme, but im using a test theme since we are launching a new theme; so the support helped me how to still see the widget on the preview ilnk to test it out and overall clean app and solid features for what i need on my site
