Got my order in 5 business days which is not bad at all. I was curious about their DIGISOFT®. It is just regular DTF. Definitely not anything special. I was hoping for a nice new industry print method but it's just a marketing ploy. Otherwise its decent DTF. Slight banding on my print but passable.

Tried to like this POD but their print quality consistently failed to measure up. Customers constantly sending photos of print washing off on first wash. I use customcat for their relatively fast turnaround on drinkware. Relatively fast unless their system auto-bans your design and you have to wait days for them to manually approve it.
