About CustomerGenius

CustomerGenius helps Shopify merchants catch customers who create multiple email accounts to reuse discount codes and free product promotions. Every discounted order is scored against prior orders across email, phone, shipping address, billing address, and name. Flagged orders can be held for manual review or automatically cancelled and refunded before they ship, or simply trigger an email alert. A customer blocklist also handles known bad actors. Integrates with Recharge and ShipStation.
