About Delivery Boy

To simplify the door-to-door process, delivery agents are needed who can take care of your deliveries and manage them in a sorted way. The app allows you to add multiple agents, assign orders and let them deliver orders to the customers. Agents, on the other hand, will have a mobile app to manage the deliveries.Even the customer will be notified of the agent details via an email.Mobile App for the delivery agents: Agents can install the “Delivery Boy” mobile app to their android or iOS phones You can add multiple agents, who can manage deliveries of orders. You can assign orders to the agents added to the app Admin can set up different commission rules for single and multi-line orders. Admin can edit the earned delivery agents commission value too. App is good, but could be better. There is constant issue with the app, and I think with each verson iteration, it would get better. Moreover, I would like to suggest a feature : add multiple pic for proof of delivery.

One of the worst apps on shopify. The app itself is incomplete, missing some crucial features without which the app is useless. Support is horrible, they have no clue as to what they are talking about. Their main goal is to tell customers that the feature that u need is customization and for this you have to pay us.. I dont know why shopify is allowing such apps in their marketplace

This plugin does not work as smooth as the youtube videos suggest. Troubleshooting guide is extremely vague. We have spent almost 5 hours trying to add drivers. Several e-mails sent and tickets created asking for help. Customer service is next to non. Would not recommend as it is not reliable for what your business needs.
