The support given by the team has always been exceptional. Which is also what matters the most when things are not working. Based on my personal experience, I have gotten the support from the team multiple times and personally this time Genesis who is from the support team has taken her time to deepdive into an issue that was difficult to solve.

Would better give them 0. This best describe experience, app is NOT working properly, you would need to check it daily. Is it not SET it and forget it solution.

Overall the idea of the app is good, but the customer service is bad. However, the app will occasionally charge customer with a wrong shipping rate, way lower than actual shipping rate making our business needing to bear the extra shipping cost. We had talked to the support on this issue multiple times but the issue still remains.
