I’ve been using File Flare for a while now, and it’s a brilliant app. The customer support is exceptional! It completely solved an issue I was having with buyers sharing my PDFs—the discrete customer stamp feature puts their details right on the file, which stopped sharing in its tracks. Highly recommended!

Incredible customer service. (Especially if you want to switch services.) I switched from Pendora because Pendora stopped sending emails without warning, leaving a huge backlog of unsent products... it was a disaster. Very easy to use app. Love that it is integrated with Shopify. The pricing is also very competitive. Service has been excellent. Ian is always responsive and very helpful. He has been there since we migrated, helped answer all our questions, helped us migrate, and set up our store correctly, and is there to answer all our questions and fix any issues we might encounter. Strongly recommend this app.
