Great support! Matas helped me resolve an issue where the referral landing page wasn't showing up even though the app embed was enabled. His quickly identified the problem and helped me fix it without any hassle. I really appreciate his prompt assistance and how easy they made the whole process.

Very flexible app. Can be left simple or customized. Juan, Bryan, Tara, and Angelica have all been very helpful the several times I've had to reach out. Our store is unfortunately a bit more complex but they have been happy to help.

I had a few specific technical needs regarding design adjustments (CSS) and import troubleshooting, and Jemuel was incredibly helpful. He was patient, responsive, and solved the issues quickly. Great app for running a loyalty programme, and the support team has been excellent. Shammer in particular was really helpful getting our custom point redemption setup sorted before our go-live. Would recommend to any Shopify store looking to migrate their loyalty programme over.
