About Facturely: EU VAT Invoices

Facturely creates and emails a VAT invoice when an order is paid, then creates a linked credit note when a refund is processed. Issued documents keep sequential numbers and frozen transaction data, so past invoices do not silently change. For eligible EU B2B sales, Facturely checks VAT IDs through VIES and applies the configured reverse-charge treatment. Merchants can search their archive, download customer PDFs in six languages, and export invoice records to CSV for their accountant.
