Fakturownia works exactly as expected — fast, stable, and reliable. At one point I encountered an issue related to an incorrect VAT rate, but the support team reacted quickly and fixed it without any hassle. Great customer service and a very useful app overall. Highly recommended!

I do not recommend the app. There is always something wring. Tax rate is not correct, invoices are not generating... I keep talking with support all the time to make this work instead of working on my store! Really not happy with this app.

The invoices does not show VAT, so the automation does not follow the Polish and EU Law. I do not recommend. The support is not really helpful with this problem...

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this application. For every shipment, it automatically sets the VAT rate to 5% instead of the required 23%, which leads to serious issues with tax compliance. Additionally, the application does not generate all invoices automatically, forcing me to manually create accounting documents.
