I would recommend this app as a great way to approach specific types of scheduled imports or using google sheets as a data source. The support was very friendly as well as far as helping me plan out my approach to the challenges I was looking to solve. I need help: everytime i import a .CSV from an URL, the products are added instead of only rewrtitten the information that is changed. I need to know how to solve this. I have 12K products and now i have to delete all products and add them again... hence, I can not change items (URL, extra Tags, variants) since i have to delete all items and import them again. please help me.

Easy to use app, and support team has been most helpful with my product files! I had some XLSX files from my supplier which had columns with different internal properties which were not available inside my store. Firebear team helped me map the columns and import them properly

We used an app to import custom CSV files and update products stock by schedule - works great. Talked to support and they where quick and friendly, UX can be better and also more detailed manual is required but with upcoming roadmap sounds very promising and should help you save time compare to default shopify import

ıts not easy to get your payment back !!!! there is no any link for refund...Also shopify adresses to 3rd paty app developers to pay back which you dont use in your system...but shopify cuts the bills..

seems to look good instructions a bit basic, more instructions actually when they describe the shopify import not their own. PROBLEM: Same as other user! Everytime we import our automated sheet from suppliers with new stock and quantities etc..
