I havent gotten a form request in minth although ppl have been filling it out. I dont recommend this app. Customers are filling out the form and i have no knowledge of it

Great app if you want to add forms directly to pages or run translations ... but the aggressive paywalling of a basic textbox means the lower tiers are basically worthless. Only get it if you're willing to pay the highest tier.
