I had issues for the coupon code block to appear, the AI response was really good, it solved 1 part of the issue and then a real person came to help. It's a very intuitive application with all the basics (and more) you need to create promos and gifts. We had a problem and they manage to solve it really quickly adapting the app for us, so they have a quite nice customer support!
