During the Canada Post strike in 2024 our business was looking for alternative shipping options that were affordable. We were sent to Clickship via a friend and quickly found how easy it was to use, being integrated right into our Shopify store. Shipping rates were reasonable and a huge sigh of relief for our small business. When I emailed for support James Lang was our representative and helped m...

Amazing app and staff! You have a problem? THEY ARE ON IT! But I'll tell you right now, there are not very many problems. We have issues with the couriers not picking up on time but that has nothing to do with Clickship. I send them and email with any issues and they take care of it immediately. I don't have to contact the couriers individually. Suzanne from Feightcom (same company) actually calle...

Brandon has been an absolute blessing to have as an account manager. No problem is too big or small, and he goes above and beyond assisting with the issues that arise. I've had him call me numerous times to communicate important issues and walk me through problems that I've encounter with couriers and general shipping pains. It's so nice knowing that I have a trustworthy and knowledgeable partn...

Brandon at Clickship has been incredibly helpful in both getting us setup and providing ongoing support. We are saving a ton of money compared to the previous app and setup we were using. Very easy to use, we recommend Clickship to all of our small shop friends!

ClickShip has been an outstanding shipping platform for our business! The system is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and straightforward — it makes managing our shipments simple and stress-free, especially with the recent updates for shipping to the USA. A special thank-you to Brandon Ferguson, who has been exceptional to work with. He’s always quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely committe...

Kristina and Clickship have been an integral part of our online shop journey. Before we partnered with them it was a hassle dealing with shipping companies. Now with the integration with Clickship everything is so much smoother, and I have someone direct to go to with any issues that do arise. Easy to use, rates are great and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend to any comp...

Great product. My account rep, James Lang, assists with my business needs frequently. He is constantly providing advice and expertise to streamline my operations. ClickShip provides superior rates than anywhere else I have tried.

I am so happy with our decision to use ClickShip for my business after years of winging it with UPS and Canada Post. Dealing with Brandon has made things so seamless and simple to navigate. His customer service and attention to our needs makes my job so much easier. I can't say enough great things about Brandon and Clickship. The best customer service, attention to detail and the best rates I'...

This is by far the best shipping service we've used for our Shopify stores. Click Ship was a lifeline when dealing with the Canada Post strike and tariffs, made it so easy to continue shipping to the U.S. We had great support from our rep, Phillip Xinos, who is quick to answer any questions I have. This is a service we will continue to use and highly recommend.

ClickShip has been a saviour in helping to keep orders flowing smoothly during the multiple Canada Post strikes and tariff disruptions. I like it so much that I now use it for all international shipments and a high number of our domestic shipping as well. My account contact Brandon has been integral to getting things with the platform up and running and being there whenever I had a question.

Suzanne and the team are wonderful and helpful. The team is always available to help. The system integrates with our multiple channels quite well. Thank you!

the measure of a business relationship is not how great things are when everything runs smoothly, it is how each side operates when things go sideways . after 30+ years of shipping experience, clickship is unquestionably one of the worst “partners” i have ever done business with . if you choose to do business with them, do so with the above in mind UPDATE : posting a lengthy “we understand”...

I have had several problems with ClickShip from customer service to claims not being handled right to no pick ups of packages that have been scheduled. They are all about making sure they get the order. They aren’t there to make your life easier. I have had nothing but problems. From shipping errors to being over charged months later. Good luck if you need help with packages. They really have an e...

I'm going 2 stars most times it is good but using ICS is a gamble ICS delivered 2 x to the same client on the third they sent it back "no such address" no refund.

I have been with clickship for some time now. Customer service has been on a rapid decline. For the fees paid you would think when an item is needing to be intercepted that it would not take several phone calls, several hours of pleading for help and being transferred here there and everywhere only to be notified 36 hours too late that your package "was at a holding facility" when really a fraudu...

App works but good luck if you have a claim and there customer service will keep asking same questions without reading prior answers - takes 3-4 months to even get a claim resolved All is good until you need them !
