テーマのカスタマイズとの相性で、一時的にオプションが2つ入るという不具合が出ていたのですが、サポートの方が迅速に対応してくださいました。カートに柔軟にオプション設定ができるアプリはほぼなく、大変重宝しております。

アップデート内容にテーマと相性の悪いものが含まれていて一時的にECサイトが閲覧できなくなる状況になりました。アップデート内容の告知がないですし、自動でアップデートされるため、かなり焦りました。ほかのアプリに切り替える予定です。

シンプルでいいと感じましたがテンプレートの相性が悪いのかバグを頻繁に起こしました。サポートの対応が悪く購入してみないとテンプレートとの相性も分かりません。決済が滞りお客様にもご迷惑をかけたのでもう使わなくていいなと感じています。
