Glow has been an excellent partner over the last 5 years- and has allowed us to grow our customer base and retention. Since we added a Shopify POS we can also offer our visiting customers their rewards in-store as well. The return is almost double our investment and we love their customer service. We’ve been using this app for three years straight. It’s very easy to set up, offers great value for money, and the team has been consistently adding new functionality over time. The recently added Klaviyo integration is fantastic, especially as we’re working to streamline all our outgoing emails through Klaviyo campaigns and flows. The support is also exceptional—10/10.
