Great app and support team experience.
— Inglesina Premium Italian Baby Gear
Setup was quick and the GOVX team was great to work with. Olivia guided us through every step, and when the button didn't show up in our custom cart drawer, the team placed it for us. Ryan updated our store page the same day we sent the images. An easy way to offer military and first responder discounts.
— TREBLAB
These days, it feels like everybody has too much to do, and not enough time. So, if you are looking for a partner to help you grow sales on your website in a way that is painless, our experience has been nothing but quick, friendly, and efficient with the entire GovX team. We highly recommend that you consider partnering with GovX for your next ecommerce project on Shopify.

The GovX App has been nothing but great. My Customer Success Manager has been prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend it! In a world where I have 1 million things to do, I know that GovX will always be there to help. Update: We are still with GOVX today, and will continue to use them. They have been super helpful through discount changes and many business changes.
— My Medic
I do like the ease of installation and how it allows me to control discounts on my Shopify store. That said, that's where the honeymoon ends. Issues: 1. When selling through GovX, their minimum discount and % cut of all sales basically kills my profitability. The nutritional supplement industry that I am in has tight margins to start, and if I give GovX users their minimum discount of 20% plus the...

How long does it take to verify the identity of military personnel, our user response, submitted but did not get a discount code, the experience is not very friendly, we contacted their developers, but did not get a response

If you want to say "thank You" to the ones that Protect, Respond and Teach, this is the best solution in my opinion. I couldn't make the connection to my site, sent an email asking for help, wishing two days, done! Great customer service!!!
— Switchblades USA
This has been great for the brand and our business being able to gain such exposure to their vast customer base. I would recommend it to any brand that values what these people do on the daily.

Tana has been helpful and quick to solve my problem.
