About Green Claims Guard

From 27 September 2026 the EU bans generic environmental claims and offset-based climate claims. Germany has legislated this (UWG, BGBl. 2026 I Nr. 43). Scans products, collections, pages and articles in English and German, plus US origin claims (16 CFR Part 323). Every finding names the provision it cites.
