I emailed the developer who IMMEDIATELY emailed me back, who not only explained the issue but went a step above that and offered to personally upload all my Hover videos in a bulk edit which saved me hours and hours of time! I only have experience using the catalog video feature of this app, so I can't say how the other features might function, but catalog videos do not work very well at all. Also, I reached out to the developer for support 4 different times and received no response. I have uninstalled the app and I do not recommend it.

app uninstalled on Nov 28th and STILL getting billed for it. was glitchy and never worked correctly anyway. and now they are stealing money from me with unauthorized continued billing after cancelling 2 months ago but still being billed every month. CROOKS.
