About Hillteck‑ COD OTP Verification

With Hillteck, you can verify your Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) issues. Hillteck sends an OTP to each COD customer to validate their shipping mobile number and intent to purchase. The app assesses order credibility and flags high-risk RTO orders. worst experience. more than 50% customers dont get the screen for OTP. they bypass the app and no verification is done for those 50% of order. sometimes it works with other 50% of the customers. whats the use when your order verification problem doesn't solve.
