Using the app for a few years and up until a few months ago all was perfect with very little need to contact support. However, we had to engage support multitple times in the past couple of months due to non functioning capabilities. As of today, invoices are not being sent to customers. Support is very active but not capable of solving the issue.

It can create an invoice and I can view it but can't email either to the customer or ourselves. There is good customization and the invoice presentation is good but if it can't send the PDF over email this app is pretty useless to us. Glad we didn't subscribe to a plan and reviewed using free plan.
