We do a lot of sales to our wholesale customers and this PDF Invoice app has been a game changer. It auto sends PDF Tax Invoices once paid to our customers and saves me manually doing this whole step. Love it

It's simply not working and there's no way to contact their support team

— Tappwater

Using the app for a few years and up until a few months ago all was perfect with very little need to contact support. However, we had to engage support multitple times in the past couple of months due to non functioning capabilities. As of today, invoices are not being sent to customers. Support is very active but not capable of solving the issue.

Warum steht da, dass der Free Plan bis 50 Rechnungen beinhaltet? Ich hab die App Installiert, Template eingerichtet und direkt bevor man Speichern kann muss man zuerst einen der drei kostpflichtigen Pläne wählen. Next!

It can create an invoice and I can view it but can't email either to the customer or ourselves. There is good customization and the invoice presentation is good but if it can't send the PDF over email this app is pretty useless to us. Glad we didn't subscribe to a plan and reviewed using free plan.
