I liked being able to see what happened after each follow-up call. It made it easier to tell which abandoned checkouts still needed my attention.
— Turnkey Ecom Stores
I like being able to review call summaries and track checkout recovery in one dashboard. The expiring discount option is a useful touch.

Simple, effective, and brings customers back Kolz Winback re-engages past customers and recovers lost sales with simple setup, a clean interface, and effective automation. Great for Shopify stores.
— Krazy Sauces
We added Kolz.ai mainly to cut down on repetitive customer queries, and it’s done exactly that. The assistant answers product and order-related questions clearly and doesn’t interrupt the shopping flow. Customers get help when they need it, and our team spends less time on the same basic tickets.
— My Store
We were surprised by how smoothly Kolz.ai fit into our Shopify setup and how quickly it started recovering carts without needing constant monitoring.
— Minizo
Kolz.ai helped us recover abandoned carts without adding any manual work to our team. Setup was straightforward, the AI calls sounded natural, and we started seeing recovered orders within the first few days. It’s been a reliable addition to our sales and support workflow.
